Alba International White Truffle Fair 2026

The International Alba White Truffle Fair runs in 2026 from 10 October to 6 December. The programme in Alba includes the world white truffle market, cookery shows, sensory analyses, workshops, events for children, folklore and dinners at various locations. The main market operates on selected days, and individual activities have their own times, venues and tickets — the span of the whole edition is not one continuous event from morning to evening.

The central product is Tuber magnatum, quality-checked at the market, but the festival also shows the wine and cooking of the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato. Buying truffle calls for attention to freshness, documentation and transport rules. A hunting demonstration with a dog is an organised service; it does not give a visitor the right to enter private land on their own.

The coordinates lead to the centre of Alba, not to every venue in the programme. On 30 July 2026 the official site confirmed the date range of 10 October to 6 December. The schedule and tickets have to be checked for the day you choose.

Quality-controlled market, broken calendar

The organiser’s homepage confirms the 96th edition for 10 October–6 December 2026. Its most concrete component is the Alba White Truffle World Market, open every Saturday and Sunday, 9:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m., at Cortile della Maddalena. Tuber magnatum is sold by truffle hunters and traders under a Quality Commission’s control. A €6 online ticket includes the market and MUDET truffle museum; a €6 onsite ticket covers the market only. Children up to 15 and people with disabilities plus a companion enter free.
